Bodytonic Pilates - COVID Restrictions & Schedule Updates
I hope you are all having a nice week and enjoying this classic temperate NW weather following the unbelievable heat we experienced earlier this week! Thank you to those who were flexible with rescheduling classes during the heatwave.
I have two exciting details to share!
1. We are lifting all COVID-19 related restrictions and resuming classes and studio policies as they were prior to the pandemic! 🎉🎉🎉 Please read through the details below.
What specifically does this mean for your experience at Bodytonic?
If you are vaccinated you are not required to wear a mask in the studio. This said I will support anyone who wants to continue masking. Because I live with a 5-year old who is not yet eligible for the vaccine, I will continue to mask up until my little guy has received his vaccine.
You are no longer required to fill out your pre-appointment health questionnaires.
Dressing rooms are available!
Feel free to arrive at the studio anytime prior to your appointment.
Classes are 55 minutes long.
Springboard class will allow a maximum of 6 students.
Please continue to wash or sanitize your hands before class.
We will continue strategies to enhance ventilation such as windows/doors open and fans on.
We will continue to use hydrogen peroxide-based products to disinfect equipment between sessions.
Questions or concerns? Please feel free to share them with me!
2. We are adding a new Springboard Class to the schedule!
The new SB class will be on Tuesday evenings at 5:00 pm and will begin next week. Our goal is to continue adding 1-2 Springboard Classes per month until the schedule is similar to what it was prior to the pandemic. Please see below for the full virtual and springboard group class schedules.
