Our virtual classes are all live-streamed and offer the same custom-tailored and individualized benefits that you receive in our studio classes. At Bodytonic, we understand the challenge of balancing busy work and family schedules while also attending to personal health and wellness goals. While we do have a 24-hour cancelation policy, we also have a unique make-up class system that allows you the flexibility of rescheduling classes when work or family obligations interfere with your regularly scheduled Pilates classes.
The make-up class system not only provides scheduling flexibility, but it also helps you increase adherence to your own fitness goals!
