Pilates Slider Burpee

Pilates - Burpee - say what?! Yes! At Bodytonic, we do burpees! Pro tip: Part of what makes this burpee feel good and healthy is that we don't do 100 reps of them. We usually do 1-2 sets of 8-12 reps. 100 reps or even 50 is too much for any exercise. At that point you probably are not even utilizing the muscles the exercise is designed to engage, as those muscles have fatigued, and you are likely recruiting some compensatory pattern possibly leading to either further imbalance or injury.
