Bodytonic Pilates Seattle - Updated Mask, Isolation, & Quarantine Details
Updated Mask Policy Due to the high transmissibility of the omicron variant, we are now requiring K/N/95/94 or double cloth/surgical masks to be worn during class. I know this type of mask is not the most comfortable to work out in, but please understand that this policy is meant to protect you and your community members. Also know that this policy is just temporary and as the omicron wave subsides we will likely loosen our masking policy to include single surgical masks.
COVID Isolation & Quarantine Guidance As you know, the omicron variant is spreading extremely rapidly throughout communities. Here are a few reminders about COVID isolation and quarantine as they relate to our studio: If you quarantine due to exposure Please remember that you can still attend virtual classes. We have a variety of group virtual classes that you can sign-up for or your instructor can teach your regularly scheduled classes remotely. Please see below for the virtual class schedule. If you have to isolate due to infection Please follow the CDC calculation guidance for determining your isolation period or consult with your doctor. If you are asymptomatic or have mild symptoms and would like to take your classes remotely we can accommodate this. If your symptoms prevent participation in virtual classes you can schedule make-up classes once your isolation period has ended. As per studio policy, our monthly memberships have a 4-week expiration period, but in light of the omicron variant, we are granting some membership extensions. If you contract covid and are unable to attend virtual or make-up classes, please reach out to us and we may be able to provide a membership extension.
