GROUP SPRINGBOARD CLASSES

SMALL CLASSES - INDIVIDUALIZED ATTENTION

At Bodytonic, we focus on private equipment and group springboard classes. Private equipment classes are available as a solo, duet, and trio. Group springboard classes have a maximum of 5 students. Our small class sizes ensure that our instructors can dedicate individualized attention to all students. In our studio, you will feel confident that you are learning Pilates correctly and safely. You'll leave our studio classes feeling stronger, more mobile, and energized!

Equipment : Springboard, sliders, free weights, exercise bands, Pilates ring.

THE SPRINGBOARD

The Springboard is a 6-foot high, wall-mounted Pilates apparatus that, like most Pilates equipment, utilizes springs to provide resistance training. The Springboard’s design is based on the Pilates Trapeze Table and is similar to it in that it uses arm springs, leg springs, and the pull-down bar. One design feature that makes this innovative piece of equipment unique from its predecessor is the number of resistance settings it provides. There are 11 different resistance settings, producing a greater ability to modify exercises, which makes this an excellent piece of equipment for mixed level group classes. The Springboard also provides a unique opportunity to practice open-chain and weight-bearing exercises, i.e., new ways to challenge your core!

DUET/TRIO EQUIPMENT CLASSES

  • 2-3 students

  • Standing appointment basis

  • Use all of the equipment in the studio

  • Class cost $48-$65

  • If no, Pilates experience, requires solo classes before being paired with a group

 

GROUP SPRINGBOARD CLASSES

  • 5 students (6 before covid)

  • Drop-in basis

  • Use springboard and small equipment such as handweights, sliders, rollers, etc.

  • Class cost $33-$43

  • No experience required
